UsedTruckSales.com.au provides a marketplace for dealers and private sellers to advertise trucks and receive enquiries. Contact support@usedtrucksales.com.au with questions about these terms or the service.

Listings and vehicle sales

Sellers are responsible for accurate listing information, current prices and availability, and for having permission to sell the vehicle and publish the photographs and other content they provide. Mark a listing sold or archive it when it is no longer available. Do not post misleading, unlawful or infringing content, spam, or someone else’s private information.

Listing moderation is not a vehicle inspection or a guarantee of a vehicle’s condition, ownership, history or a seller’s claims. Buyers should independently check these details, inspect the vehicle and agree the sale terms with the seller before paying. The website does not collect vehicle payments or complete the sale between buyer and seller.

Accounts and moderation

Use your own authorised account, keep sign-in details private and complete any required security checks. Do not access another person’s workspace or interfere with the service. We may request listing changes, refuse or remove content, or restrict accounts to address misuse and protect the marketplace.

Enquiries and support

Enquiries share the contact details and message you submit with the relevant seller. A saved enquiry reference confirms saving, not email delivery or a seller’s response. We cannot promise that a seller will reply or that a vehicle will remain available.
